Dear Parents-
Well it is getting closer! That’s right my due date is just around the corner. I would like to give you a little heads up about my plans and some things that will be happening while I am gone. My due date is December 12th, we will see what baby’s plans are for arrival date :). If there is no early arrival I will be on maternity leave December 12th– February 2nd. Mrs. Faye Conlin will be subbing while I am gone. She is an excellent teacher that has many years of experience. Faye is a retired teacher from the Mandan Public Schools; she was last teaching at Mary Stark. Faye stays connected to students and teaching practices by subbing for many teachers throughout the Mandan schools. She has subbed at Custer on multiple occasions and is familiar with the school. Faye knows what I expect of her and the expectations that I hold the students to in class. She is very familiar with the routine, the classroom, and the behavior plan as she has subbed for me on different occasions. She may change a few things as it will be “her classroom” while I am gone, but many things will still be the same and your child will still be accountable for their behavior, homework, and learning. If at any time you have questions please don’t hesitate to ask her or you can leave a message with her to have me contact you.
